“Find your why” is a very common phrase that we hear in self-help circles. It's the idea that there is a higher purpose, a bigger meaning we can find, a deeper motivation that will inspire us, and that will keep us going through tiredness and frustrations. 

It’s a very powerful argument, and that power is incredibly problematic. Because, if our why relates to securing the ego identity, then that whole thing is completely insane. So in this episode, we’re going to explore why finding our why can lead us to chaos, and how we can understand it in a way that brings joy, relief and great experiences.
