How can we be more true to ourselves? 

This is a question for anyone who feels as though their experience of being is out of line from a deep feeling within what they are. It might be that our way of living, our relationships, the place we're living, our lifestyle, that all of those things are not quite coherent to what we are. It might be that our behaviour and our habits are jarring, and that there might be a feeling of needing to control or manipulate to get what we think we need. 

And none of that feels quite right. So today we’re going to look at how to be more ourselves, and how we can start to align more clearly with the truth of what we are.
