This month, we are looking at the three pillars of life in form.

Every day, I have conversations with people about the power of the mind to create an experience of being, and to completely transform at any stage. The more conversations I have, the more clear it becomes that there are three levers or pillars that play the role of creating our sense of existence.

These three levers are attention, experience, and creation. So in this episode, we are looking at how together they combine to create the entirety of the experience of existence.
