This week we're delighted to to be talking to Jo Moseley someone who perhaps doesn't need any introduction, particularly in the UK

If you haven't heard of Jo she's one of the biggest ambassadors for the sport in the UK and also a prolific creator and has spoken hundreds of times about her love for paddle-boarding and how it helped to build her mental and physical health following some personal life events.

She's also a filmmaker, podcaster and 'soon to be' author, and we cover all these areas in this fascinating chat.
