Making 'Last Known Coordinates' -with Filmmaker Joe Piscatella

Author: Simon Hutchinson August 23, 2021 Duration: 48:49

We speak to Los Angeles based writer, director and producer Joe Piscatella, one of the filmmakers behind the landmark documentary about Chris Bertish's audacious attempt to cross the Atlantic Ocean on a stand-up paddleboard.

'Last Known Coordinates' captures the story behind the successful completion of this staggering achievement including the storms, shark encounters, equipment failures and leaks that Chris experienced during his three months on the water.

Joe talks about how he got involved with the film and his collaboration to craft over 100 hours of video footage into a compulsive account of a challenge which they said was I'mpossible.
