In this episode, Sarah Lawley Chernick and I talk about her favorite functional labs to use with PCOS clients, and discuss why she finds a certain salivary hormone test to be her preference over doing the DUTCH to look at hormones! Sarah Lawley Chernick is a functional nutritionist that focuses on helping  people heal from digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and more. After overcoming her own health struggles of chronic gut issues and PCOS, she became incredibly passionate about helping others support their body naturally with dietary and lifestyle changes, functional labs, and targeted supplementation. Sarah also has a masters degree in psychology and is a registered yoga teacher, so she is educated and passionate about helping her clients understand the impact of stress and the  mind-body connection. Aside from nutrition, Sarah is also passionate about traveling and embarked on a solo backpacking trip through Europe a few years ago.
