But factor in the wind? It feels like minus 45. That's the kind of cold where breathing actually hurts. You'll want to Dress warmly in layers if you're heading out early. In the next 24 hours. Down in Southeast, a completely different story unfolds. Snow is falling hard. Juneau and the northern panhandle could see 3 to 7 inches through the day. A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until noon. Travel will be difficult this morning. But tonight, that snow transitions to a rain-snow mix as temperatures climb into the mid-30s. Southcentral sees some sun today with a high near 11 degrees. But around 7 A.M., wind chills dip to minus 25. The afternoon brings relief as temperatures climb.
