What Spring Teaches Us: Awakening, Transformation & Trust

What Spring Teaches Us: Awakening, Transformation & Trust

Author: MindBodySpirit.fm April 27, 2026 Duration: 34:41
Spring is far more than a change in season. It's an invitation to awaken, transform, and trust the process, even when a late frost takes the wind right out of your sails. In this episode, Meredith, Karen, and Julie explore what spring stirs up in each of them: the hopefulness of new growth and the heartbreak when it gets snatched away, the divine imprint visible in migrating cranes, tadpoles growing legs, and crows who carry messages between worlds, and the deeper emotional undercurrents such as anger, frustration, grief, and the slow work of letting go, that rise to the surface just like the worms after a long winter. Drawing on Chinese medicine, astrology, animal communication, and the wisdom of trees, they invite you to consider what your own animals and the natural world around you might be reflecting back to you this season. RESOURCES: Trevor Noah's podcast — Julie references an episode with a wildlife biologist discussing a puma and a llama species in South America, and the human tendency to see nature in black and white terms Past Episodes of our show mentioned: The Wisdom of the Hive mentioned by Meredith in connection with the idea of a "divine imprint" and how animals/insects know what to do Rita Hogan — Karen references a past episode where Rita talked about weeds as medicinal herbs Maria Rodale — Julie briefly mentions her shamanic journeys with plants (Lungwort was mentioned), referencing an earlier season of the show Do YOU want to be an animal communicator or learn more about Soul Level Intuitive Coaching®?
