They were constantly trying to call the cops or city officials on OP and his wife to get them in trouble. OP even caught them trying to poison vegetables from his garden. The petty neighbors were constantly complaining about having trouble with ants so when they went out of town, OP took some simple syrup and made ice cubes. OP then took those syrup ice cubes to throw across the fence and into the neighbor's house to attrack more ants.
