65: Chiropractic Care Can Change Your Life with Dr. Lizzie Sobel

Today, HeHe is sitting down with Dr. Lizzie Sobel, Founder of Wholesome Healing Chiropractic. We are chatting into the benefits of chiro-care during pregnancy, to prepare for childbirth, for postpartum healing, to support breastfeeding, and to care for your newborn. This episode will, no doubt, blow your mind. From aches and pains, to the position on babies all the way to correcting common birth challenges like plagiocephaly and torticollis, we are get down and dirty with all of it! Buckle up for an episode that will leave you with wheels turning on the benefits of seeing a chiropractor regularly for routine tune-ups!  Lizzie studied physical anthropology and sculpture at Skidmore College before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. She studied with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) after graduation to gain the knowledge and technique needed to work with pregnant women and children. Lizzie is certified in the Webster Technique by the ICPA. She is also a certified childbirth educator, completing her certification in 2016 with the Boston Association of Childbirth Education (BACE). When she is not in the office, Lizzie loves practicing yoga, hiking, cooking, and going on adventures with her family. She currently lives in Norwood with her husband Paul and daughter Rosalind (20 months old at the time of recording).
