80: Friday Free Talk: Teaching With Someone Who Holds Opposing Views

Author: HeHe Stewart November 30, 2018 Duration: 17:38
Today, I am sharing my experience of teaching with someone who holds opposing views to me in many things, but I chose to teach with her! That's right, I did my research on her and I knew we held opposing views and I still agreed to teach with her. I actually welcomed her to speak up when she didn't agree. I wanted the participants to know they had choices. I'm sharing my three biggest take-aways as well as what experience has to do with anything. Sometimes we will agree and sometimes we will disagree, but we are all working toward the same goal.
