This can be one of the hardest times for someone who has experienced the loss of a child or miscarriage in the previous year. In this episode, HeHe dives into how to set boundaries if you have experienced miscarriage, plus what to do if you are supporting someone who is coping with loss. I am laying it all out on how to set healthy boundaries and educate others on how to approach people who are hurting and don’t know what to say.
