Today on The Catholic Morning Show Deacon Randy Kiel - Deacon Randy talks about the upcoming Sunday's gospel for the 24th Sunday in Ordinary Time. -------- Charles Camosy - Charles talks about his book, "Living and Dying Well: A Catholic Plan for Resisting Physician-Assisted Killing". He talks about the importance of standing up against this problem. Charles Camosy teaches moral theology and bioethics at The Catholic University of America. He has a PhD in moral theology from the University of Notre Dame. He is the author of ten books and has written for a variety of medical journals and Catholic and secular publications. -------- Dr. Timothy Gray - It is the Augustine Institute's 20th anniversary! Dr. Gray gives us a look back and a look forward at the Augustine Institute's story. Under Dr. Gray’s leadership, the Augustine Institute established what is now the largest Catholic graduate school of theology in the country. The mission of the Augustine Institute also grew to include quality Catholic audio and video content for parishes, schools and families as well as K-8 curriculum. Gray led the organization’s move to St. Louis and the expansion of the Augustine Institute mission, improving on-campus resources for its graduate degree students, along with a setting for retreats, events, and other opportunities for Catholics to grow and sustain their faith. Dr. Gray has a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from the Catholic University of America and is the author of several books, including Peter: Keys to Following Jesus and Praying Scripture for a Change: An Introduction to Lectio Divina.
