The Rush Limbaugh Show Podcast - Apr 14 2020

PODCAST SUMMARY HOUR 1:

Trump exposes phony journalists with media montage at WH briefing. The media aren't media, they aren't journalists, they're just partisans who take the opposite position from Trump on everything. Two weeks ago they wanted Trump to unilaterally close the economy, now they call him a king for saying he can unilaterally open it. Trump has flattened the curve, and instead of acknowledging it, they say he's going to be responsible for deaths after we reopen. Economic devastation is heartbreaking. Rush in 2016 told us we had nominated a brawler, a fighter. Excerpt of Trump's video busting the media at WH briefing. Obama's weak endorsement of Plugs. Rush's take on Trump and Fauci.

PODCAST SUMMARY HOUR 2:

Media and Democrats are upset with Fauci for not bashing Trump more. Trump spars with Democrats posing as journalists at WH briefing. CNN freaks out during briefing, cuts away, uses snarky chyrons. CNN commentators call Trump's video "propaganda". Acosta: Walls are closing in on Trump. Michigan citizen tells power-hungry Governor Whitmer to stand down, open up draconian restrictions. Federalist piece on how governors have tasted power. Liberals will use this to implement changes, exercise power, suspend freedoms. Will sports come back this year? Trump meets with recovered COVID-19 patients. Fauci says May 1 opening may be “overly optimistic.”

PODCAST SUMMARY HOUR 3:

Fauci throws cold water on May 1 opening. Anybody who isn't focused on opening the economy again should automatically be viewed with suspicion. The models were all wrong. We will debate whether shutdown was needed. Fauci says press briefings are draining. Caller worried states will skim stimulus money. Fredo Cuomo freaks out, says he doesn't like his job, says Trump is full of BS. Madam Albright looks blue on Fox camera shot. Old Cuomo rant against fan who called him Fredo.
