Rush on how SOTU came about, invitation, Medal of Freedom. President Trump’s generosity, belief that nothing is impossible. Trump has lived life to the fullest, good and bad, and he’s not finished. Romney panders to losers. Rush at the White House before SOTU. Donald Trump is not ashamed to trumpet his achievements because they’re real. Trump has his own version of humility, you just have to know how to spot it. Rush felt wave of warmth at SOTU. Rush narrates audio of presentation of Presidential Medal of Freedom on Tuesday night. Rush’s favorite part of SOTU evening was reuniting of Sergeant Williams with wife and kids.

PODCAST SUMMARY HOUR 2:

Rush shows the Medal of Freedom on Dittocam. Pelosi ripping the speech, Iowa debacle, Democrat hatred for Trump. Impeachment took out Joe Biden. Biden was never going to win. Trump with his acquittal headline. Trump wins emoluments case, more big jobs news. Trump kneecaps them at every turn. Pelosi says she thought Trump was going to acknowledge John Lewis’ battle with cancer, not Rush. Democrats didn’t want to count Iowa votes because turnout was so bad and Crazy Bernie won. Every Mayor Pete answer is focus-group scripted. No Democrats are centrists. There are no great unwashed, non-partisans in the middle who decide elections. President Trump wouldn’t take no for an answer on attending the SOTU.
