In a world where weapons and governance are one, three lives hang in the balance. The Dex Legacy, an audio fiction series from Alternative Stories, follows Varian, Isra, and Ren-prototype soldiers engineered from childhood for a singular purpose. Raised in sterile labs and hardened on training quads, they possess abilities that could reshape nations, but their creator has a very specific vision for their use. That creator is their adopted father, the President of the monolithic Dex Industries, who now wields his corporate power as the leader of the sovereign Dex Island. He views them as his ultimate assets, tools to steer global events toward his own ends. This podcast chronicles their visceral, internal war: a fight to cling to their own souls and memories against the very system that built them. Each episode is a step deeper into a moral labyrinth, where loyalty is a weapon and humanity is the most fragile commodity. As they are unleashed upon an unsuspecting world, every choice they make could either solidify a terrifying legacy or spark a fragile rebellion. Tune in for a narrative that blends personal struggle with sweeping, corporate dystopia, asking what remains of a person when they are designed to be a monster.
