In this episode of the Electro Swing Podcast, host Offbeat sits down with Roman Andor—the creative force behind The Soulmate Project and one half of the former duo Masha Ray.
We explore the formation and journey of Masha Ray, leading up to their split in 2024, and how Roman has since shifted his focus to The Soulmate Project. With the release of his debut album Vinyl Flavour—which includes a track featured in an ad racking up over 50 million views on YouTube—his music continues to make waves.
Beyond his musical projects, we dive into his growing TikTok presence, his thoughts on social media’s impact on musicians, and how he’s navigated the evolving digital landscape.
As a longtime contributor to the Electro Swing scene who has only recently stepped into the spotlight, this episode is a great opportunity to meet one of the scene’s less well known, but very interesting, articulate and thoroughly likeable figures.
