She alleges that she was lured in 1996, when she was just 16 years old, under the guise of attending a career-oriented retreat in New Mexico. Instead, she was brought to Epstein’s secluded Zorro Ranch, where she was subjected to inappropriate touching and sexual assault. The lawsuit states that Ghislaine Maxwell was directly involved in orchestrating the abuse—posing as a mentor figure and participating in grooming tactics that made the encounter appear safe and professional, when in fact it was anything but.
