The boys take on a challenge that may be completely impossible: Ethan dares Lou and Dave to make it through an entire hour of the show without mentioning sex, body parts or potty humor. Naturally, Lou and Dave accept the challenge, despite the fact that those three subjects are basically the foundation of morning radio. The results were…well, let's just say there were some surprises along the way.
Things got a little more physical in Waterbury, where police dealt with a bizarre bat-versus-stick fight that ended with four people being arrested. We're not entirely sure how an argument escalated to the point where bats and sticks became involved, but apparently somebody decided this was the appropriate way to settle their differences.
Meanwhile, a Virginia doctor had an absolutely terrifying experience at home after waking up to discover a bat trying to get into her mouth. Yes, you read that correctly. She was sleeping peacefully when the flying mammal apparently decided her face was the place to be. It's one of those stories that makes you immediately start wondering whether your bedroom is actually secure.
A TikTok video is also making the rounds after a customer confronted a Subway employee over an unexpected potential upcharge. The customer was apparently told there would be an extra charge just to toast his bread, which led to a confrontation that was captured on video and posted online. Because apparently even getting a sandwich toasted can become a full-blown dispute these days.
And finally, Duane "Keffe D" Davis was convicted in the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur. Davis wasn't accused of being the gunman, but prosecutors argued that he helped orchestrate the shooting. The man Davis identified as the actual shooter died in 1998. Davis now faces the possibility of spending the rest of his life behind bars.
