Your submissions should feel uplifting, inviting, and human, with guitar-driven melodies and motifs, expressive performances, great musicianship, and tasteful arrangements that keep plenty of interest throughout. The acoustic guitar should be the clear focal point, although supporting instrumentation (touches of piano, light percussion like shakers or brushed drums, etc.) could be used sparingly to enhance the arrangement, as long as the guitar remains front and center. Your performances need to feel live-performed, with an organic, human vibe, rather than sounding stiff or obviously quantized. If you use virtual instruments or samples, they need to be high-quality, realistic, and indistinguishable from real performances. Original Compositions only, please!Your submissions should be about 1.5 to 2.5 minutes long, give or take. Please do not exceed 3 minutes in length. Do NOT copy the references in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a general guide for tempo, tone, and overall vibe. Do NOT submit any material with unauthorized samples of any other artists’ music, sounds, or any other form of media.
