Kim is a former journalist🖊️ and world🌎 traveler who found herself facing an MS diagnosis that caused her to stop, reset and refocus not just her goals but her outlook👀 on day-to-day life.


She is on a mission to help🙏 women embrace muscle and strength as the solution to many health problems we may face in our thirties and beyond.
