The Colorado housing market is cooling.  Median home price is $649K and nearly half active listings have dropped their price.  Jeff and Bill ask if this is a good thing or a bad thing.  Unsurprisingly, they see this differently.  Jeff feels this is another sign of Colorado in decline.  Bill is happy to see housing prices drop for any reason.  Who do you agree with?
