All the regulations are dragging down Colorado's economy, but do those in charge even know?  Stephanie Piko, Former Mayor of Centennial posted an essay on her LinkedIn page outlining the cumulative effects of regulations and how those in charge can't see the problem.  She joins Jeff and Bill to outline how many commissions and planners do not talk each other.  This means the people doing road regulations have no idea what the building regulators are doing, who have no idea what the energy regulators are doing.  And all those regulations stack up.
