It's probably the most edgy episode I've put out over the last 3 years of having this podcast, and if you stick around until the end you'll be rewarded with the most vulnerable share I've ever disclosed on the poddy as well.
For a number of different reasons this episode feels really scary and exposing for me to release but I'm riding out the discomfort and vulnerability hangover and trusting that my darling listeners and loyal innermost community have got my back and can hold space for it all with love.

As a follow on from this episode I'm also releasing a part 2 that entails a whole bunch of unpacking that occurred after the initial Tub Talk recording session. It's between Toey and I, and a friend who I sought some feedback from about the stuff that felt a bit edgy or uncomfortable, and involves a whole bunch of cut together voice memos going back and forth and chewing over the chunky stuff. This follow up dives deeper into some of the topics that cropped up in this episode and is a valuable example of how communication can work when all parties are trying to understand one another's points of view from a healthy place of compassion and curiosity.
