Minneapolis entrepreneur Shea Halstead grew up in the Caribbean, a daughter of West Indian parents.  She owns own and operates Pennie Overall's Cleaning Service as well as the upcoming UnderDog Safety & Fitness. She is also currently preparing to assist in providing financial literacy and life insurance to individuals, families, and small business owners.  All of her business endeavors are founded in the core value of service to others. "THIS is my love language to the world. I have learned over the years to embrace this ideology and once I did, I have never looked back."  When not working; Shea is singing, gardening, baking or hanging out with her pups Glover & Fishburne. Her goal is to leave her family, her community, and this world in a better state than it was when she came to it.
