Echelon Kitchen and Bar, a restaurant in Ann Arbor, features elevated dining with wood-fire cooking and a menu driven by locally sourced produce. The restaurant supports its community by working with local farmers and artisans, sponsoring events like the Trick or Treat Parade, and providing a wellness charge for non-tipped employees. The Main Street Area Association also promotes downtown events, including the upcoming Halloween parade and preparations for the Christmas season.
