The algorithm that these A.I. companies use to pull data from has access to all types of music and is able to compile what's most popular or trending in music, and what do you get? An A.I. generated song that is topping the charts. They compare the A.I. track to some human generated tracks (Sons of Legion, Peach Mountain) that may give some answers as to why A.I. is getting it right. Producer Derek Laughlin also showcases his band "Peach Mountain" to demonstrate what A.I. might have issues when it comes to song generation.
