Honoring a Fallen State TrooperAnother meaningful event during the weekend was attending the memorial service for Master Trooper Ja Junior Walker, who was killed in the line of duty.Jennifer writes about Walker in Chapter Three of Becoming Fire.The memorial service marked the 13th anniversary of his passing, and Jennifer attended to honor his legacy and support his family.The event brought together law enforcement officers and community members who shared stories about Walker and remembered his decades of service.Jennifer described the experience as both solemn and deeply meaningful.
