Gather up your posse and assemble your crew! This episode is all about impressive ensembles as we review TWO world-building team up films: the star-studded all-black western THE HARDER THEY FALL and the Army of the Dead heist film prequel ARMY OF THIEVES. Special Guest - Film Critic Kolby Mac (Minorities Report Film, Kolby Told Me).

Co-Written & Directed by Jeymes Samuel, THE HARDER THEY FALL is the story of outlaw Nat Love (Jonathan Majors) who reunites with his gang to seek revenge after he discovers his enemy Rufus Buck (Idris Elba) has been released from prison. Also starring Regina King, LaKeith Stanfield, Delroy Lindo, Zazie Beetz, & Deon Cole. Produced by Jay-Z and Lawrence Bender.

Set in the early stages of the Zombie Apocalypse in Las Vegas, the 'Army of the Dead' prequel ARMY OF THIEVES focuses on German safecracker Ludwig Dieter who leads a group of aspiring thieves on a top secret heist. Directed and starring Matthias Schweighofer as Dieter. Also starring "Game of Thrones" Nathalie Emmanuel and Polar's Ruby O. Fee.

Ever find yourself scrolling through Netflix's endless movie menu, landing on a new original, and wondering if it's worth your time? That's where The NOMCAST-Netflix Original Movie Podcast comes in. Host Andrew Morgan, a comedian with a deep love for film, doesn't just give a thumbs up or down. Instead, he digs into each film with a different guest every episode-you might hear from a working cinematographer one week, a film critic the next, or a friend from the comedy scene. These conversations go beyond simple review, exploring what works, what doesn't, and why these specific movies exist in the streaming era. The discussions are insightful but kept loose and entertaining, thanks to Andrew's perspective. Whether it's a major blockbuster or a smaller, quirky release, this podcast treats each Netflix original as a piece of modern cinema worth a thoughtful, and often funny, dissection. You'll come away with a better understanding of the film itself and the unique landscape of streaming-original content. It's like having a passionate, well-informed friend to debrief with after the credits roll.
