Ric is the head performance coach and mentor for numerous world-class athletes, including professional footballers, boxers and Tennis players. He previously spent a 4 years working with Team Ricky Hatton and has worked with over 50 professional boxers including fighters such as former WBA World Champion Scott Quigg, 2 x World Champion Ryan Burnett, WBC World Champion Tony Bellew, former WBA World Champion Anthony Crolla, former British and Commonwealth Champion Frankie Gavin and English Boxing Champion Nav Mansouri.

He has also worked with athletes from a diverse range of sports such as the ATP tennis player Liam Broady, the England Tug Of War team and UKBFF Champion Nina Ross have all worked with me for guidance and improvement in all aspects of their physical and mental development.
