Dr George Wilson is a researcher at Liverpool John Moores University as well as a sports scientist and nutritionist who has previously worked with Blackburn Rovers, Tranmere Rovers, numerous combat athletes and, more recently, professional horse racing jockeys. As well as publishing numerous research outputs, George has been fundamental in evoking change across the professional horse racing industry. From culture changes to rule changes, George has truly been a pioneer in this field. In this episode, we discuss;
