Ben Kirk (PhD) is a doctoral researcher at the School of Health Sciences, Liverpool Hope University, UK. His research surrounds exercise, nutrition and ageing, with a particular focus on sarcopenia. As well as working for USA Rugby and professional boxers, Ben has been invited to speak at national and international conferences including the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the British Dietetic Association, and at Harvard University in the USA.
