This entire document is saying one thing while doing the other. It says it wants to help farmers while pushing legislation that is continually HARMING farmers. It says it wants to investigate how air and water quality impacts health while making executive orders to make these protections worse. It talks about improving food safety while firing actual food safety employees. It wants to make science and data more accessible while simultaneously erasing the data. Make no mistake. This is a classic case of "listen to me but don't pay attention to what I do."

Hosted by nutrition research expert and science communicator Annika Angelo, M.S., The Nutritional Mental Health Podcast explores the fascinating and growing discipline of nutritional psychology. Each episode delves into the tangible connections between what we consume and how we think and feel, moving beyond general wellness trends to focus on evidence-based discussions. Annika brings clarity to complex research, particularly regarding ADHD and cognitive function, translating scientific findings into practical insights. This isn't just about listing superfoods; it's a deep, nuanced conversation on how specific nutrients, dietary patterns, and gut health directly influence mood, focus, and mental resilience. Tuning into this podcast means hearing from a knowledgeable guide who is passionate about making nutritional science accessible and actionable. You'll find episodes that examine the mechanisms behind food-mood interactions, debunk common myths, and offer realistic strategies for harnessing diet to support mental well-being. For those looking to engage further, Annika offers additional resources through her Nutrimind Community and a weekly newsletter, both focused on continuing the conversation around ADHD and nutrition. The overall aim is to provide a reliable, science-backed resource for anyone curious about taking a more informed and intentional approach to their mental health through the lens of nutrition.
