Author: Steve Stearns July 3, 2014 Duration: 4:33
In this audio brief of my upcoming interview with Colette Ellis we talk about how to recognize stress triggers and what you can do to flip you script, manage stress and improve your personal and professional life.

What should we be thinking about in stressful situations to handle them better?
Coach Colette EllisOne of the first things is to identify what your stressors are. Stress triggers maybe normal situations or events for many people but for you cause or trigger your stress. Many times triggers can be a change in a situation. For example at work it could be the change from being a contributor to becoming a manager, or moving from being a couple to now having children, or the change from being a son or daughter to having to care for a parent.
