Today, I am going to be speaking with Troy Cook of the San Diego based rock band Ready Set Survive today!

This band has been playing together for the past 10 years or so releasing an EP and several singles over the years, and they have just released a brand new EP called “Aim For The Brain” that came out last Friday, August 19th.

Troy is also the host of a very cool podcast that highlights all the cool bands in the San Diego area called the Palapalooza Podcast.

We’ll be speaking with him about both the music and the podcast right after this!
