Episode 272 - Executive Protection With Jonah Norman

Episode 272 - Executive Protection With Jonah Norman

Author: Austin Diehl November 6, 2024 Duration: 1:52:23

Personal Security, Personal Protection, Executive Protection, we hear these terms used almost completely interchangeably, and all generally referring to the role of a bodyguard. For better or for worse, it's something we see overly glamourized by Hollywood and media, In reality however, this is a real job, a real career path, and it involves a lot of training, and a unique mindset. Jonah Norman returns, and is kind enough to sit down with me, as we tackle this subject for the first time on the pod, and get into the nuance and details behind what he has encountered working in this sector of the industry. I was quite surprised at several points in the discussion, regarding background, communications, valuable skillsets, and just how important and impactful the planning can be behind a contract. Additionally, Jonah and I had a fantastic dialogue around being a better man, and the true importance of being a husband, and filling that real role of protector.
