In Episode 7, I interview my friend and colleague Garret Kramer.

Garret was the first person to help me have an insight into the principles behind our state of mind.

Back in 2012, I attended a 3-day workshop with him as part of my coaching training. What he shared fundamentally shifted the way I showed up at work, with my family and in fact, with every subsequent relationship I have had.

As a result, it is my delight to share this interview with you.

Garret Kramer is the founder of Inner Sports. His revolutionary approach to performance has transformed the way players, coaches, professional teams, parents, and organizations view the athletic or life journey.

He featured on or in WFAN, ESPN, WOR, FOX, NPR. The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Sports Illustrated, and Forbes.

Garret Kramer is the author of the book, Stillpower: Excellence with Ease in Sports and Life, and the upcoming book, The Path of No Resistance: Why Overcoming is Simpler than You Think.

Hosted by coach and facilitator Ankush Jain, The Relationship Series Podcast: Relationships & Lifestyle Design explores the intricate connections between how we live and how we relate. This isn't about quick fixes or generic advice. Instead, each episode features conversations with a diverse range of voices from across the globe, delving into the personal philosophies and practical experiences that shape our interactions with others and ourselves. You'll hear stories and insights that challenge conventional thinking about partnership, community, and personal growth, all framed within the broader concept of designing a life with intention. The discussions naturally flow from the deeply personal to the universally applicable, examining how the principles of conscious lifestyle design directly influence the quality of our relationships-be they romantic, familial, or professional. Tuning into this podcast offers a space for reflection and learning, where authentic interviews provide a rich tapestry of perspectives on building more meaningful connections. It’s an ongoing series for anyone curious about the deliberate craft of living well alongside others, grounded in real-world experiences rather than abstract theory.
