Disturbingly, Donald Bull himself is related to this influential family, according to Kelly, who believes that this family may be involved in at least two missing persons cases in Fulton County who have a particular method of disposing of bodies using hidden holes filled with animal waste which accelerate decomposition.
According to Kelly, Shelly Wheeler, a relative of the Davis family, confided in her about where the bodies were disposed of—claiming to have seen them with her own eyes. The revelation of this macabre practice raises chilling questions about the extent of criminal activities and cover-ups within the community. And as it pertains to Donna's case, Kelly urges a deeper exploration of Donna's personal life—with a suggestion to investigate whether Donna had any involvement in activities she might have been ashamed of, such as drugs, which could potentially shed new light on the circumstances surrounding her death.
The mention of the Daniel Ramsey case adds another layer of horror to the narrative. Ramsey, convicted of murdering two people and attempting to kill two children, has a connection to Canton through a local family's adoption of the surviving children.
