AFTER HOURS: The Price Of Fame W/ Skilla Baby | The Underground Lounge

Detroit rapper Skilla Baby joins Holly and Spank for a wide-ranging conversation on Underground Lounge After Hours.

Skilla Baby opens up about his evolution as an artist, his upcoming studio album, and why he wanted the project to feel nostalgic while bringing more vulnerability, life experiences, and raw emotion into his music.

The conversation also goes beyond music. Skilla Baby discusses his transition into acting, working with 50 Cent, and how acting opportunities came after spending time in acting classes. He shares his perspective on creativity, making music across different genres, and why inspiration doesn't necessarily mean copying another artist.

Things get even more personal when the conversation turns to faith, family, dating, relationships, money, and what it means to be a provider. Skilla Baby shares his thoughts on traditional relationships, emotional and mental support, providing for family, and whether a woman making more money than a man should matter in a relationship.

And of course, no After Hours conversation would be complete without some wild debates and plenty of laughs. From dating preferences and relationship standards to the random hypotheticals.
