In this TikTok Shop operator AMA, ‪@jordanwest-ecom‬ answers real questions from brands, sellers, and agency owners on how to launch TikTok Shop when you have no data, test hooks and scripts, manage affiliate creator expectations, incentivize creators during a Blitz, and turn first-time affiliate posts into repeat seller relationships. He breaks down why TikTok Shop is a performance content channel, not an influencer aesthetic channel, and explains how brands should think about creator testing, product demos, buying triggers, bundles, pricing, whitelisting, Meta ads, AI creators, and fast feedback loops.Jordan also shares Social Commerce Club’s approach to the thousand-video rule, creator guardrails, FastMoss and Kalodata research, WhatsApp creator communities, structured testing matrices, commission bumps, GMV bonuses, creator contests, and Blitz campaign execution. This episode is a practical guide for brands trying to launch, scale, or improve TikTok Shop by building a real creator operating system instead of relying on one-off affiliate posts. If you are a brand looking for TikTok Shop support, visit Social Commerce Club.
