In this episode of Thrive Yoga Fit Transformational Coaching, I, Erin, reflect on my past month of growth and healing. Coming out of a cocoon of introspection, I share how grief has shaped my transformation and reminded me of the importance of showing up for myself, even in difficult times.

I talk about the power of small, consistent progress, tuning into our needs and emotions, and recognizing subtle shifts in energy and healing. Through practices like facial analysis, yoga, and meditation, I highlight ways we can observe the shifts and changes on our spiritual path, recognize ourselves, and our greatness, even if others can't, and continue feeling motivated.

I also share personal stories of finding joy in new activities, navigating relationships with greater self-worth, and using simple tools—like muscle testing—to overcome resistance and let the body guide the practice.
