A guy who loves house music and techno. He is from Johannesburg South Africa and lives in Tokyo Japan. Sharing Africa with Japan and Japan with the world.Van Afrika aka DDG has been DJing since 1999. As a child of the 90's dance revolution, he was inspired by the power of dance music to breakdown barriers and unite people.Van Afrika considers himself a techno & house DJ with a passion for underground sounds. His musical preference ranges from deep house to tribal and tech/techno. Influences: Depeche Mode, Danny Tenaglia, Nelson Moreira AKA Afroboogie, Carl Cox, Jeff Mills, Richie Hawtin, Superchambo, 16b, Steve Lawler, Chus and Ceballos, & Deep Dish.
