Bridget Rieth teaches 5th grade at Breton Downs Elementary in East Grand Rapids. Along with an army of coworkers, students, and community members, Bridget oversees a literacy experience like none other. In this episode, Pete talks with Bridget about that experience (SPOILER! It is every Harry Potter lover's dream event!) and how because of the personal interest and passion she brings to it, it has been fuel for her career in many ways. Additionally, Pete and Bridget use that idea to dive into the true value of teaching from a place of passion and leveraging one's passions in the classroom.
