Episode 353: Got Bait?

Nestled in the heart of downtown Travelers Rest, South Carolina, along the Swamp Rabbit Trail, the community of Travelers Rest United Methodist Church extends its voice through this weekly Travelers Rest United Methodist Podcast. Each episode offers a direct connection to the sermons and spiritual teachings from pastors Rev. Brian Gilmer and Rev. Christine Matthews. Rather than a formal broadcast, this podcast feels like an invitation to join a thoughtful conversation rooted in Methodist tradition and contemporary faith. You'll hear explorations of scripture that connect to everyday life, messages of hope and reflection, and the warmth of a congregation committed to service and fellowship. It’s a space for anyone seeking a moment of peace or a deeper understanding of Christian spirituality, whether you're from the Upstate or anywhere else. The discussions are grounded, accessible, and meant to inspire personal growth and community connection. Produced by the Travelers Rest United Methodist Church, this audio ministry serves as a companion for your walk, your commute, or your quiet time, bringing the church's message of grace directly to you.
