Ultimate Birthday Mix - with Uncle C and Weatherman Wes (Chance of Dance)
Ultimate Birthday Mix-with Uncle C and Weatherman Wes (Chance of Dance) is a weekly dose of pure, unadulterated joy spun from vinyl and digital crates. Host Uncle C is joined by the ever-enthusiastic Weatherman Wes, whose sole forecast is for guaranteed good times and a high probability of movement. This isn't a carefully curated genre study; it's the sound of two friends digging for the perfect rhythm to make you forget the forecast outside, whether it's sunny or storming. Each episode feels like you've been invited into their living room for a private party where the only rule is to play what feels good. You'll hear a vibrant blend of classic funk, soulful disco, underground house, and unexpected grooves that all share one vital trait: an undeniable beat. The "Chance of Dance" is always 100% here. The conversation is loose and warm, focusing on the stories behind the tracks, the craft of the mix, and the simple, shared love of music that makes you move. Tune in to this podcast for a consistent escape, a reliably uplifting soundtrack for your commute, your kitchen, or your next celebration. It's the audio equivalent of that friend who always knows exactly what song to play next to keep the energy right.
