I Went Live Last Friday. Here’s What Happened...

Author: No spin. No mercy. Just the truth—from a lawyer who knows the game. August 23, 2026 Duration: 41:19

Last Friday I went live and answered your questions. While people joined the stream, I ran through all 10 changes we’re going to see after Democrats take back majority control in Congress.

Only one of them involves holding Trump and others accountable for their wrongdoings. I’m talking subpoenas, oversight hearings and possible impeachment.

The other nine had to do with helping all of us in our daily lives. They should move every American to act, no matter which side of the aisle you sit on. They help stop the war. They help bring down prices. They help protect your healthcare. They make life better for all American regardless of whether you live in a red state or blue state.

Moving forward, I’m going live every Friday at 10 am Pacific. Some weeks it’s just me taking your questions about the week’s political news. Other weeks I’ll bring in special guests. Details here.

There’s a lot of noise in the political news cycle, and Uncensored Objection cuts straight through it. This isn’t punditry from a talking head; it’s hard-hitting commentary filtered through the sharp, experienced lens of a trial lawyer who has spent over three decades arguing cases and reading people. Every episode digs into breaking stories with a focus on real-world consequences and the mechanics of power, stripping away the spin to examine what actually happened and what it means. You’ll hear a perspective grounded in evidence, strategy, and a deep understanding of how systems are gamed. The host, Mitch, operates with a simple ethos: no spin, no mercy, just the truth from someone who knows the game. The analysis is timely, direct, and doesn’t pull punches, making this podcast a distinct voice in political commentary. It’s for anyone tired of superficial takes who wants to engage with the underlying forces shaping the headlines. The conversation often extends beyond the audio, with listeners invited to share their own insights directly.
