#014 - Kelly Benamati - Struggles with Alcoholism, Inspired to Write a Book and Become a Life Coach

Author: Dr Chris Frykman November 24, 2015 Duration: 51:26

Kelly share her story in a very open and honest way.  Telling us what it's like to be an alcoholic as well as giving us some behind-the-scenes snippets of what it took for her to overcome her addiction.

Kelly's story is one with strife in her past.  I'm a sucker for inspirational stories in which people are being real and in the end, don't give up.  She shares in this interview she was contemplating ending it, and she found a reason to continue on.

I hope you can find inspiration here.

Thanks for listening.
