This week's special guest is an American Airlines colleague, Activist & Leader, CWA President of the Local 3640; Keedren Gantt. He is a leader that many admire and turn to for help, advice and guidance. We are honored to work with him and cannot wait to see what other changes he brings to our community.

  • What was your motivation to run for a leadership position? How effective is the Union in regards to labor relations and employee concerns? As the President, what role do you have to make changes to our current contract? What do negotiations look like during COVID?
