Claudia Romo Edelman is a global brand builder, entrepreneur, and cultural strategist focused on shaping purposeful, credible narratives. Claudia is a thought leader and speaker, and author of ten bilingual children’s books with Macmillan Publishers, plus five books on Hispanic topics.

Named one of Bloomberg’s Women Who Lead 2026 at Davos and one of Time’s Top 17 Hispanics of 2024, she has received honors including the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. In addition to this role, Romo is a Special Advisor of UNICEF and currently serves on the board for Bank Street College of Education, Hispanicize, and Agrosmart. She is a judge for the D&AD Impact Awards and Cannes Lion SDG Awards. Romo launched her career as a journalist and press correspondent for Latin American media companies such as Notimex, Proceso, Infrared Monitor. Recognized as a strategist in communications and media Romo has run PR for the World Economic Forum in Switzerland (1999- 2007), the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR), and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB & Malaria.
