With the 'glucose godess' spending the last 2 years demonising sugar spikes, she has now released a product that apparently solves this perfectly normal physiological process. Tins product hasn;t faced any clinical trial as it's a supplement and they fall under different rules. So Hayley why are you ranting? i wanted to highlight that glucose/insulin is one part of digestion & metabolism. With so much information around at the moment I thought it was important to highlight the other systems involved when it comes to the food we eat. Our bodies are a complex pattern of systems that all play a role in achieving homeostasis. What food we put in matters, how much food we put in matter as well as how we move and rest. we have to stop separating individual issues and singling them out as the problem.
